Hello, my name is Karis Prusak. I grew up at the foot of the Big Horn Mountains in Northeast Wyoming. I married a rancher and we now live out in the middle of nowhere. I love being out here and raising our children around different animals and experiences that they would never have been exposed to otherwise.
My journey into all natural skin care products started in 2021. Our son was 18 months old at the time and was covered in eczema spots from head to toe. Prior to taking him to the dermatologist, I tried all the things recommended on the internet to calm it down at home. They didn’t work! At the dermatologist, we were prescribed a steroid cream and she recommended a few other things topically to help. I felt as though all of the topical things recommended were too harsh for such a small person.
I didn’t realize the amount of chemicals until I started looking at the ingredients of all the things as I was putting on my son’s skin to help calm it down. Then I came across this website that talked about how beef tallow is so good for skin. Light bulb moment! We own a ranch, we butcher our own grass finished cows. I could make this happen for my son! I started out slow, soap at first, then lotions, then added in some herbs that were healing and calming for eczema. Slowly, he got better! Now my mission is to bring this pure tallow based product to anyone who is looking for an all natural product to quench the thirst of your skin!

The lotion bar provides an additional layer or nutrients for the skin.
The coloration to our bars is done with natural products such as tea that we infuse the fat in or with locally sourced juice that we add back in when we mill some of the soap, or natural clays, and plant powders and liquids.
